When opening pages like

  <http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/news/article/0,289142,sid14_gci1286808,00.html>

, when "ask me everytime" is activated for cookie storage policy, and
the domains are not yet black- or whitelisted, Iceweasel displays tons
of confirmation dialogs for the same domain, instead of one dialog a
time (or at least one dialog per domain).

This is a regression from Iceweasel 2, where the dialogs where shown
sequentially. (Ideally, one dialog to show all cookies a page tries to
set would be shown.)

Dear Maintainer,

This bug is still present in recent Iceweasel versions.
However, it's not very intuitive to reproduce.

Here is what I did to reproduce the unwanted behavior (don't do that
unless you're very patient since closing all the boxes is quite painfull):

- create a fresh Firefox Profile
- go to the Menu/Preferences dialog
- go to the Privacy pannel
- in the History group, select "Sue custom settings for history"
- change the Keep until select-box to "ask me every time"
- go to
<http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/news/1286808/Storm-Nugache-lead-dangerous-new-botnet-barrage>
- you'll have a first dialog box. Chose "Deny".
- go on until about 7 dialog boxes show up.

- if you want to get rid of all of these boxes, you'll have to close
them in a correct order, and you should check "always do that for this
domain/website" since otherwise they'll keep reappearing (maybe thanks
to some Ajax magic?)

Happy dialog boxes closing party,
