The "drag and drop" cursor is missing in Oxygen cursor themes.
It's simple to reproduce :
 - select an Oxygen cursor theme in systemsettings
 - open Dolphin
 - drag a file or a folder
 - you see the old and ugly default Xorg cursor

Hello,

I reopened the bug just to point out that when dragging a file/folder _within_
e.g. Dolphin, the X cursor is still displayed. It changes to the oxygen cursor when
the object is dragged outside the Dolphin window.

If this behavior is normal the bug can be closed again.
