Hi there!

When browsing a bug report's web page, you can add some information to
the bug by either clicking on the bug's number on the top of the page or
by following the "Reply to this bug" link. However, you still have to
manually add a subject line to the emails you send.

It would be nice if preset subject lines (which resemble the current
title of the bug report) would be provided additionally in the links,
e.g.

mailto:481338@bugs.debian.org?subject=use%20libtwolame%20for%20MP2%
20export%20support
