In my last upgrade, I got "404 Not Found" errors for the download of
some packages:

The problem disappeared after a retry. In case this is one of the
mirrors that has a problem (e.g. being not up-to-date?), then aptitude
should automatically retry on another one.

I don't know if this is related to bug 343985.
