Hi,

I download a file a.tar.gz and open it in file-roller (archive viewer).
It is saved as /tmp/a.tar.gz and file-roller shows it to me ok.

I download again the same file. iceweasel saves it as a.tar-1.gz and
file-roller shows me a a.tar-1 file, hence does not show it as tar
archive (the extension is changed).

Conclusion: I cannot see the archive with file-roller.

Dear Maintainer,

Good news again, it appears this bug has been fixed in a previous version.

When trying, with current Jessie's version, to download a .tar.gz file,
like:

http://chezlefab.net/share/bugrep/victory.tar.gz

On first try, a victory.tar.gz is created.
On second try, a victory(1).tar.gz is created.

I hence recommend to close this bug.

Regards,
