When using "mgp -t 20 -F 1,2,10 ", the timebar goes out with the
moving slide, and is then redrawn on the new slide.

I understand there may be issues in making the timebar to not move,
but at least it could be drawn on the cached new slide before starting
special effect - that would surely be visually better.
