When the page guide is activated (hit "G"):

* it is not refreshed on window expose event (start using "mgp -o" and
switch to another virtual desktop, then back)

* when going back a page, the page number is not displayed, I just get
the prev/next slide titles

* when first activating the page guide, the page number is not
displayed as well, only titles again (1st page OK when launching using
"mgp -G")

Here is another occurence:

Using forward-cache, the page number does not appear, though the
prev/next titles do appear
