There is a patch adding MPI support to John to utilize multiple CPUs. It
would be nice if you could include it into the Debian package of john.

sorry for the really late reply.

I'm sorry I'm not going to include this myself. If anyone in the team is
willing to do it, please go ahead.

I already have a hard time supporting patches split from the "jumbo patch" from
upstream's homepage, I'm not really going to apply third-party patches.
