It would be nice to have an option for git-svn to ignore empty commits
from the SVN repository. These are often added by cvs2svn/etc to create
the standard SVN trunk/tags/branches layout. They aren't particularly
useful when the code has been migrated to git.

Hi,

this would also be useful in conjunction with --ignore-paths, as I do
not want to convert commits that only modified files that are ignored
anyways.
