Line order is
 1. untranslated
 2. fuzzy
 3. translated

Can this program display text
 * in the original text order of po file
 * sorted by English string
 * sorted by Translation text

If there is preference menu to select one of these options, it should
help large po file editting.

Of course this preference menu should address Bug#238497 too if it ever
implimented.
