In x2x's normal mode, it'd be nice if one could use a hotkey to get back
to the "-from" display.  Pressing mouse buttons is typically rather more
likely to be damaging than pressing modifier keys, and VMware has wired
ctrl-alt-esc into my brain as a way to get back to my local machine.
