When the vnc server changes to smaller resolution vncviewer just displays it in top left corener of the previous larger window. When the server changes to a larger resolution vncviewer exits. What's so difficult about resizing the window? This would probably apply to the case when scrollbars make the client area smaller but the window is not resized accordingly.
severity 533904 wishlist thanks Hi Michal You can change the size of the vnc server? Not a surprise. Vnc was implemented in the days when X could not change the size so it is not part of the protocol simply. So I'll change this bug to a wishlist bug as this is a feature request. Best regards, // Ola
