However, it is not recommended to keep ITP for a long time without acting on

Thank you for your interest in Debian,

The last activity on the pyneo website was 2018. They wrote about Debian
Lenny. I am afraid this project is dead and no software needs to be
packaged for Debian anymore. So I am closing this RFP manually now.
