control: tags -1 + confirmed - patch


This bug still applies - will look at fixing post bookworm.

But, rather than the attached patch I suggest we simply drop the check
that lockcheck-* exists and also remove the hardcoded path - logcheck
already depends on lockfile-progs so it seems overkill to check for
its files
