#550603 leaves behind empty bookmarks file and otherwise empty ~/.elinks on exit

When I open and close elinks, it leaves an empty ~/.elinks/bookmarks
file behind. Please fix it to remove the bookmarks file when it is empty
and remove the ~/.elinks directory when it is empty.
