It would be nice if there were seperate delays for showing the taskbar and
for hiding it.

When switching workspaces with command keys, the task bar is shown briefly;
this is distracting.

The bug (a very minor one...) is still there.  Has someone decided
that the current behaviour is desirable?  If so, the bug should be
