The following patch is against SVN r2052 2009-12-27:

- Simplifies the OPTIONS section by presenting the positive and
  negative options in on statement. An example: --[no-]auto-ver-sort
- Presents OPTIONS, CONFIGURATION VARIABLES and SEE ALSO
  sections in alphabetical order (Cf. GNU cp, mv, OpenSSH etc.)
