In alsamixer, on the third ([All])
  Card: HDA Intel
  Chip: Realtek ALC662 rev1
  View: F3: Playback  F4: Capture  F5:[All]
  Item: e-Mic Boost
screen, there are identical repeated entries for
e-Mic Boost, and i-Mic Boost.

Amixer doesn't have this problem
$ amixer controls|sort -t = -k 2n

It only happens on my Asus Eeepc 702 8G.
