I use xtightvncviewer to connect to UltraVNC running under windows. The
commandline switches I use the most are:

Well this kind of debugging is not that easy. If I remember correctly
data is pushed from the server, so I assume it is a server problem, but
I'm not 100% sure.

As it happend rather recently and xtightvncviewer has not been changed
for a long time, I suspect ultravnc. But this is only suspicions.
