When creating a new post or replying to one, Pan opens a small window
(window is loacled at 0,0 and has a size of 50% of the whole screen)

If the user adjusts the window size and position, Pan does not remember
those settings and they have to be adjusted all the time.

I am attaching a snapshot of the problem.

Any other GNOME app seems to have no problem for remembering these two
window seetings.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.4, kernel 2.6.26-2-amd64 and libc6
2.7-18.
