Would be nice if pppconfig be able to use wvdial as a chat alternative.
Wvdial is more inteligent in case of BUSY or NO DIAL TONE. For example
instead of using /usr/sbin/chat -v -f <provider chat> using "/usr/bin/wvdial --chat s11"

I've been considering optional use of wvdial's automatic script generation
to find modems, optimize initialization strings, etc.  Integrating it as an
alternative to chat would be a lot of work as I would have to be able to
generate two different types of scripts.
