The net interface tun0 is set as not enabled in gkrellm.  Sometimes it
becomes enabled.

tun0 is the openvpn virtual network interface.  It is up before gkrellm
starts.  gkrellm usually ignores it as requested.  Sometimes it does
not, so one has to go into the config and disable interface tun0 again.
This happens perhaps one in ten startups of gkrellm.
