As the web interface targets lambda Debian user, that would be nice to
display pages according to the user prefered language using content negociation.

A precondition is having web templates translatable, so that .pot can be
provided to translators.

I agree that it would be nice to have snapshot.d.o in different
languages.  I don't know when I will have time to play with it, so feel
free to send patches :)
