hi, i've done some work to add a protoaculous binary package to
scriptaculous.  protoaculous is essentially scriptaculous, but
compressed.  a lot of webapps prefer protoaculous since its faster.

see attached patch. let me know if you have any comments, and i'll try
to improve it.
