It is best to look at the bug 578882. This bug is not in version
4:4.3.4-5 and nut in version 4:4.3.4-5 but in version 4:4.3.4-5+b1 (as
reported)

But there is no way (i did found) to set it just unfixed in version
4:4.3.4-5+b1. It seems that the bug system trows away the "+b1" which is
broken.

4:4.3.4-5+b1 is built from the source package version 4:4.3.4-5. Bugs
in the BTS are tracked by their source version, which is why it's
marked as found in 4:4.3.4-5.

If this bug was actually only caused by the build -5+b1, and was fixed
in the next binary upload (4:4.4.2-1), then this would be a
binary-only bug. (It's not clear to me if that's actually the case for
this bug or not without digging deeper, and since the bug is fixed,
it's not worth doing.]

Because binary-only bugs are fairly rare and the method of fixing them
is so trivial (another binary NMU), it isn't a high priority to
actually handle correctly the verisoning of binary-only bugs, though I
have thought about it and I already have a fairly good idea of how to
solve it.
