When you maximize or minimize chrome with xcompmgr running, the window isn't
properly drawn.

The window still behaves like normal.(you can scroll the page in the
transparent part)

Chromium Devs say the bug is upstream.

after poking around i notice when using the -S switch. chrome properly resizes
the man page for xcompmgr says -S is useful for debugging. is it ok for normal use?
