Although I see the GiNaC tutorial is included in info format, it would be great if it could be included in
HTML format, along with the Doxygen documentation as found on the GiNaC home page. The latter is quite large
uncompressed so it would probably require a new -doc package. Both the tutorial HTML and Doxygen docs build
fine from the current source package.
