When started, totem systematically resets the randr configuration, trying to detect other displays connected, etc. Which results to losing my current setup (due to some other bug in multi-display configuration on my system).

It would be very nice if totem just started playing my files, leaving me adjust the randr setting myself.

FYI, the problem with detection of my dual screen display is reported in #585094, but very report is about not messing with randr if not necessaryi (be it bugy or not).
