When system is installed you can disabled root login and only use SUDO --
however you cannot use gnome-based system-config tools which require root
authentication (verses sudo type authentication...)

This is not a valid package.  Do you know where this bug should be
reassigned to?  Is gnome-system-tools the correct package?
