It would be nice if the debian.tar.gz tarball of a 3.0 (quilt) source
package could contain symlinks setup in the uptsream files.

A useful case would be for example to provide a non-versioned name
when a supplementary tarball embeds a version number in its component name
so that the packaging rules do not need to be updated every time that
the additional tarball is updated.

Example with openoffice.org:
ooo-build -> ooo-build-3-2-1-4

Currently it fails with "unrepresentable changes".
