Hi,

with only ghostscript but no ghostscript-x installed, xdvi prints the
following error on startup.

$ xdvi
gs: Unknown device: x11
gs: Unrecoverable error: undefined in .uninstallpagedevice
gs: Operand stack:
gs:     defaultdevice
xdvik: read_from_gs: Connection reset by peer

Installing ghostscript-x fixes this problem. A similar issue caused
problems with kghostview a while back, see
http://bugs.debian.org/462678.
