When reloading, synaptic should show the current file being read and the total
number of files. In fact it shows things like "9 of 10", "10 of 11", etc. up
to "28 of 29" and then the final "29 of 29".

This doesn't prevent synaptic from working effectively but it looks weird, as
if the program were stuck in a loop. You have no idea of where the end-
point is going to be.
