#60020 debconf: Debconf should have an escape option

     It would be desirable to have a command available to abort
debconf and allow apt-get or dpkg to continue isntallation of a
package.  If a package's configuration questions are broken, there is
no way to continue installation.  If debconf could be aborted, and the
installation continued, it would be possible to inspect the postinst,
and perhaps modify it to permit configuration.
