When i click on the brightness applet, i get the popup to change the
brigthness, when i scroll whith mouse click, popup hides. I only can change the
brightness if i scroll my mouse 3

Sorry, i've confussed about the package.
It bug is from the package: gnome-power-manager.

I will reported it agin.
