Attempting to upload pictures to ragii.com, firefox's upload file browser took
<extend depict="All Image File(*.jpg,*.gif,*.png)">*.jpg,*.gif,*.png</extend>
too literally, and didn't allow me to find any .JPG files in my upload
directory.
I was forced to rename them to .jpg.

This might be a site-specific issue, as I was able to upload a .JPG and a
.PNG file to imgur.com just fine. Could you try with other websites?

Dear Maintainer,

Uploading of .JPG pictures works just fine.

Since the bug report 3.5 years ago, no more information on the bug was
provided.

The <extend depict… syntax appears to be a flash uploader (hence
site-specific) problem [1].

The initial website does not exist anymore (it moved on a .net domain
name and probably changed it's api since then).

I believe this bug can safely be closed.
