I just received a request to not send return receipt requests to debian-devel.
I usually send return receipt requests, but I would also like to honour
requests
not to do so.

Some ways to do this:
1. a per-account filter - the options dialog includes a filter option
    "don't send return receipts to accounts that match...".
2. a per-account flag, like sending emails in plain text.
    "[X] don't send return receipts for this account"
3. in the send dialog - with a checked/unchecked default in account settings
    or options.
    "[X] send a return receipt"

I'd recommend to take this upstream (bugzilla.mozilla.org) and discuss
this there. If you do so it'd be great if you could a add a reference
bug number to this report.
