Hello, I just installed Choqok on my GNOME desktop, and the notification message (the one displayed near to the clock, when I got a new tweet) is empty. I am not sure, but I think it is a bug. And, if it is not a bug, I think it would be a good idea to display the new tweet in this notification Thank you in advance, ProgVal
Hi, a few weeks ago I started regularly seeing this bug too. I'm using both identi.ca and twitter (read-only). I am also using GNOME. Today I'm getting an empty popup about once every 5 minutes which makes choqok effectively very difficul to use. When I get these these empty notifications (I always get two!) choqok prints kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found kded(2478)/kdecore (services) KServiceFactory::findServiceByDesktopPath: "kded/networkstatus.desktop" not found knotify(2523) NotifyByPopup::notify: 23 active notifications: () () knotify(2523) KNotify::event: 23 ref= 1 knotify(2523) NotifyByPopup::notify: 24 active notifications: (23) () knotify(2523) KNotify::event: 24 ref= 1 knotify(2523) KNotify::slotPluginFinished: 23 ref= 1 knotify(2523) KNotify::closeNotification: 23 ref= 0 knotify(2523) KNotify::slotPluginFinished: 24 ref= 1 knotify(2523) KNotify::closeNotification: 24 ref= 0 I've also attached a screenshot in the hope that it helps you to diagnose the problem.
Hi. I believe that this bug has been fixed upstream at this point. Can you confirm this? Thanks. noah
