	autoreconf -vfi
	  aclocal: couldn't open directory `/usr/share/autoconf-archive': No such file or directory
	  autoreconf: aclocal failed with exit status: 1

	ls /usr/share/autoconf-archive
	  ls: cannot access /usr/share/autoconf-archive: No such file or directory

	dpkg -L autoconf | grep /autoconf-archive
	  <nothing>

I wonder why it is a fatal error if -I directory is not present?

    <genparse sources>$ grep /usr/share/autoconf-archive *
    Makefile.am:ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS = -I /usr/share/autoconf-archive -I gnulib/m4
    Makefile.in:ACLOCAL_AMFLAGS = -I /usr/share/autoconf-archive -I gnulib/m4

FWIW, the aclocal program from next Automake (1.12) will not error out
on nonexisting directories any more.  (Not that it helps you right now,
but you might want to know.)

This is a bug in genparse, so I'm reassigning it to genparse
(with this email).
