To integrate the trac and svn, trac documentation is recommended to
use scripts  trac-post-commit-hook and trac-pre-commit-hook.
They are in the package, but they do not have permission to execute.

/usr/share/doc/trac/contrib/trac-pre-commit-hook and
/usr/share/doc/trac/contrib/trac-svn-hook are example scripts shipped by
the trac package.

Users who want to use them should copy them, adjust to taste, and make
them executable (it even suggests as much in the headers of each
script).

I don't think that making these scripts executable in the package itself
is a good idea.

unstable we hereby close the associated bug reports.  We are sorry
