#631605 don't make file chooser case sensitive by default

There I was on a certain website (which I already forgot), trying to
upload photos.

Because iceweasel's upload file chooser is case sensitive, and the site
told it to select  *.jpg, *.gif, etc. I had to do
mv DSCN3291.JPG DSCN3291.jpg
mv DSCN3292.JPG DSCN3292.jpg
before I was able to select any of my pictures.
