I have just realized, by reading the web pages for Bug #608181,
that there are a few emails between submitter and author which
I missed completely, maybe because they were sent to the
"nnnnnn-forwarded@bugs.debian.org" address and not to the proper
"nnnnnn@bugs.debian.org" address.

Would be possible to modify the server behaviour so that emails to
-forwarded are also Cc:ed to the Debian maintainer?

I would say that in cases like this it would be better to err on the
side of sending duplicates than on the side of not sending some emails.
