Drivers builts fine but wlan is not operational any more.
If you try to scan any AP you always get the result 'No scan results'

possible that some other module is conflicting with wl.

please find attached a full report from all the tools you asked from every kernel version
I have installed in my machine and also a report from the working version of squeeze.
When upgrading from squeeze to wheezy WLAN breaks making it unusable.
It might be a kernel problem and not a module problem, I will try backport the current
broadcom-sta-source version to squeeze and see if it works.
I have already tried with an older version of broadcom-sta-source to wheezy (every kernel version
except 3.0.0-1)	and it still doesn't work.Any ideas?
I will try in the day to recompile the vanilla kernel because it seems that there is the problem.

I have the same bug on my lenovo B570 with BCM4313. It works fine, when m-a
compiles it and then it suspended. When it returned from sleep it was
unusable.
It seems to me, that before, when this bug appeared i boot in Win and then
back, and all was fine.

with the latest update (wheezy) from last week the problem remains exactly
the same.
No responsiveness from the wifi card while scanning for APs. Do you think
updating to the latest release kernel and broadcom-sta will fix the
problem? What changed from last week?

P.S: I have to mention that rfkill util doesn't report anything abnormal
concerning the wifi card.

I would recommend you to write a mail to Broadcom's support[1] and explain all
the details of your problem, please CC #638558.
to make the card working, did you tried that ?

PS: Changing severity from serious to important because package is working in
most case.

I'm having problems getting my wifi card to work now since I've updated to kernel 3.2.
I've tried backports on squeeze for 3.2 and testing 3.2.
I can't try another kernel on this laptop because it uses an Intel HD 3000 video card.
I'll be patient in the meantime.
