PTS contains several info we could grab from there, like:

- maintainer
- version in the different suites

We should use it (and prod PTS maint to complete them)

Hi,

the PTS SOAP interface went away together with the PTS: soap-alpha.pl
now just redirects to the tracker.debian.org home page. In the meantime
reportbug gets the versions in the different suites from madison
(qa.debian.org/madison.php).

Closing this. The wishes it was blocking that are still open (#171870,
#455653) can use whatever data source fits them best.
