I've noticed several rendering problems on my i945GM.  When I am typing
in gvim, at times the beginning of the line disappears, usually just
after gvim automatically breaks the line.  Also, I have problems such
that sometimes the letter I happen to be typing (and the cursor) is not
rendered at all.  Causing the screen to refresh (with Ctrl-L or the
like) fixes the problem.

Also, in Liferea, in the pane that displays the actual feed item,
sometimes the pane is not updated until I click on it.  This is not from
CPU overload; the pane renders immediately when I click on it.  Also, if
the previous feed item required a scrollbar, the area where the
scrollbar is sometimes not re-rendered until I move my mouse over it.

In all these cases, the commonality is that the proper rendering is
delayed.  I am using GNOME Shell and GNOME 3.0.  The problem first
occurred when I restarted my machine after installing mesa 7.11 and a
the latest linux-image-3.0.0-1-amd64.  I had not logged out for quite
some time before, so I can't tell what exactly is causing the problem.

Downgrading mesa to 7.10 does not help.  I've tried downgrading to Linux
2.6.39-2-amd64 and upgrading to 3.1-rc4 and neither helps.  I'm filing
this bug here because I'm not really sure where it belongs, but if you
think there's a place it belongs better, please feel to reassign it.
I'm happy to test things if you need more information.

Dear Maintainer,

I just installed the system and updated.

60 fps is not fixed.
The monitor is not fully recognized at 60hz, it stays at 59.97

Solution would be better driver, for better support for everything, 4k60fps
etc
Improve PC hardware recognition
