I have accounts on numerous IRC servers; however, I don't need to remain
logged into all of them all the time.  I only really need to log into
them when I join a channel.  However, that would require me to open the
account list and enable the appropriate account before I can connect to
a channel.  Ideally, I'd like to select a currently-disconnected account
from the chat dialog, type in a channel name, and have Pidgin
automatically connect to the appropriate account.  Similarly, opening a
channel from the buddy list should connect to the appropriate account.
