Disable image loading as follows:

Edit, Preferences, Content, Load images automatically: Unticked, Button: Close

Now visit the following website:

http://www.houstonguitar.com/freearticles/majorscale.html

There are little boxes on the screen where the images should be. Right click
on one of the boxes. A context menu appears as follows:

Reload Image
View Image
Copy Image
Copy Image Location
Send Image
View Image Info

However, there is no option to save image. We should also have Save Image on
this menu of available actions.
