//usr/share/doc/graphviz/html/index.html contains a link to
dotneato-config.1, which is non-existent (and neither is there a
dotneato-config binary that I can find).

Should this link therefore be removed?

Dear Maintainer,

A patch is attached for /usr/share/doc/graphviz/html/index.html
that corrects the broken links.
