Looks bad.
$ locate mech
locate: warning: database `/var/cache/locate/locatedb' is more than 8 days old (actual age is 8.0 days)

At least say 8.01 days or something.

This is a simple rounding issue, not a bug. The real value might be
something like 8.01.
