When clicking on the "System" part of the custom GNOME menubar, I no longer
have my Admin or System items. They have dissappeared. Readding the custom
GNOME menubar does not cause it to reappear. I won't be upgrading to GNOME 3.x
because,it's god awful.

In addition to this, Trying to use any of the items that were there are
no longer there. Typing Synaptic into the alt+f2 prompt, says it's not
installed. Running it from the commandline, it works just fine.
