Dear Maintainer,

For English speakers one charm of Mille Bornes is learning or just
using a little action oriented French; some editions feature bilingual
decks.  'mille' is currently virtually English-only, except for the
name itself and "Coup Fourre".  It'd be nice to press a button ('f'?)
and have the card names appear in French.
